      Ship without a rudder

      Work with sharp folks on cutting edge technology

      Cons

      Long slow sales cycle and an inability to accurately forecast hurts growth and costs folks their job. One day Pindrop is a world leader in Fraud, the next they're big on authentication and the next they are a Voice first company. No clear goals and high turnover, especially among long time veterans and leaders. Very chaotic environment to work in.

      No investment in entry level employees

      No investment in entry level positions. Zero mentorship. Poor outlook on career advancement. Job applicants beware.

      Lack of transparency

      Pindrop embrace a Fully Remote workplace. Talented tech professionals.

      Cons

      Leadership and members of the Board of Directors only look for their own interest. There are no transparency in regards to business initiatives and the financial health of the company.
