      Great Technology and People, Need Better Focus

      Pros

      I learned a lot while at Pindrop, not only about the latest in technology but also met some awesome folks. Per capita, it is still the most research focused company I've worked at, which meant there was a lot of innovation.

      Cons

      Too much spending lead to a decrease in profits which lead to layoffs.

      Pros

      We try to make the world a safer and better place. I feel that Pindrop genuinely cares about me and my well being. My coworkers feel more like family than acquaintences.

      Cons

      Nothing major. I've only encountered minor issues you might see in any job.
