      Big conference budget, autonomy, respectful of opinions in software direction/features/implementation.

      Cons

      Constantly shifting targets, very tight deadlines, often dates and deadlines are communicated to customer first before consulting with dev on how long it will take to build.

      Pros

      Flexible working space and hours. 100% remote first (though if you live in ATL, you can go into the office) if you choose. Great team dynamic.

      Cons

      Like any small company/startup, opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited, but even then, you can still get promoted and raises are pretty consistent.
