      Pros

      Pindrop uses cutting edge technology and has very talented engineers. The top of the org, c-levels, presidents, and VPs, are connected and dialed in. They're not afraid of difficult questions and decisions and do their best to remain connected to the business from the ground up.

      Cons

      Pindrop products have grown amidst many re-organizations. Domain knowledge and execution are scattered across teams without a great tool for navigation. Fortunately, the culture encourages collaboration and people's good nature are driving tasks to completion. Friendliness can only go so far until teams have competing priorities. There needs to be a serious effort to dedicate resources across teams in a more intentional fashion. Otherwise much work will involve chasing down folks in circles until the right person is reached and willing to help.
