      Pros

      Pindrop really cares about its employees. We really have and impact on real people by helping protect them. Pindrop rewards good performers really well and is very supportive of growing people and allowing career pivots.

      There are some transition challenges, like tech debt, as this company started from nothing and is growing at a rapid pace.

      It's so inspiring to work with so many people who are smart, driven and passionate as well as who collaborate so well across departments. I have experienced a great culture and very involved leadership at Pindrop

      There is pressure on many of the teams to stay the best at what we do ahead of competitors, but the same can be said for any company, it just means there has to be continued drive and innovation
