flexible schedule possible, salary's not bad

Cons

For therapists a salary week is usually 50-60 hrs and can be 7 days a week. Financial bottom line is the focus not the benefit to the client ("consumer"). Ethics can be hazy. Very rapid and frequent turnover.

Pros

SOME of the people are really nice and helpful. They supply you with a work phone. You meet some really sweet children, and it’s a great feeling to help out the families. *The director Ashley is phenomenal.

Cons

There are very unfriendly people there that don’t want to help you succeed. Having 2 phones is annoying. The mileage reimbursement is NOT enough for all the driving you do. The $15 an hour seems great, but you only get that for the time you’re at the visit (ranges from 2-4hrs).
