Pros
Good coworkers. Work is not complicated or hard to get into. Some sense of purpose and meaning to work. Decent location.
Cons
Management is really out of touch with the day-to-day work as an employee. Lots of miscommunication and unclear objectives, things changing every day is not a "dynamic workplace," it is a poorly mitigated disaster. You are allowed to take breaks but strongly discouraged because of how it would disrupt work flow. Arbitrary goals are set without consideration for the unpredictable nature of the job. Not enough hands to go around, overtime is often demanded too strongly ("Well it needs to get done today, no matter what" attitude). Seems to be a lack of re-investment into the company, lots of shortages in materials, tools, and facilities that are only addressed when they become a compliance issue. Managment-to-staff ratio is a bit silly, there is so much management that it gets in the way of work being done.
