Good place to work / Not much growth

Pros

Great people lots of opportunities for new projects as well as exposure to big companies in form of customers.

Cons

Eventually after the exposure there's not much technical growth to be doen other than becoming a sales engineer. So as for someone that wants to have a more technical background eventually this place will feel stagnant.
