      Pros

      Decent pay, decent benefits, work atmosphere depends a lot on your co workers.

      Cons

      Tons of hours, lots of travel, no comp time, pretty bad work life balance at out lying facilities. Boring mundane tasks that last week's to months. The attention to safety is good on some level but here it requires tons of time, wasted resources and headaches. Mergers, downsizing, and good ole boy mentality makes you wonder how long you'll have a job if you're not your direct supervisors bff.

      Pros

      Nice people and Johnston is nice place to raise kids. You have to get over the fact that these people like Trump, a lot.

      Cons

      Poor benefits and horrendous management. Market power is replacing innovation at this company and much of their "research" is spent on regulatory.

      Great Floor Employees Very Nice 401k match

      Cons

      Awful hiring and wrong people in management positions. Management is an absolute joke and no one does anything about it. They really don't care about their employees. Even had a supervisor say if you have a problem just quit instead of helping solve the employees problem. They say everyone is replaceable and show their hardest workers no respect. Its why most of the floor employees are job searching and will leave as soon as they find a new job.
