Pros

Overall this was a nice place to work. We had great benefits and a great sense of community. Everyone was willing to help each other out and there was a lot of room to grow within the company. Helps you set up a full office at home. Company values are amazing and they always donate to incredible causes.

Cons

Not a lot of diversity. Hours were all over the place and you most likely have to work on weekends which makes it difficult to have a work-life balance. Unlimited PTO is a scam, there was no way to measure if you're taking too much PTO and then you end up getting in trouble. Companies that offer unlimited PTO - those employees end up taking less PTO than a company without "unlimited" PTO.

Management doesn't trust employees with access or information, working hard is prized over anything else, company direction and expectations are unclear, there are very few positions available between C level and basic support

Pros

Were growing a lot, so there are a lot of new faces around. If you ask a question they'll find you an answer. If they cant, they don't blame you. Remote work, and the coworkers are great!

Cons

The ability to find information can be hard, but they are working on it. The support call can get noisy but you can easily leave if you want to. Some of the conversations with customers are challenging to solve. Gunners seem to need more help than they have.
