Pros

Industry leader, well known, established company. Not going to be sold or bought out. Lots of opportunity to promote after 3-4 years if you are willing to relocate. THey have great sales conferences, though you feel like they are always changing the rules and you have to fight to get in if you should be in regardless.

Cons

Very low base pay, lots of turnover. Sales training needs to be in greater detail on the folders and inserters, thats where you can make some money. Lack of local leadership, lots of turnover.

Pros

Opportunities within the company to advance to other departments. Company offers two weeks vacation and the option to purchase flex days (additional vacation days) good benefits.

Cons

The company is still using Lotus notes not very technology driven. Outside sales is required to use their own cell phone to manage their outside sales calls. Sales tools to manage territory is inefficient and counterproductive. Processing orders is very challenging and time consuming.
