Great Weather, bright students. good benefits and food in the dining halls. A small town vibe (if you like that sort of thing) and excellent facilities as might be expected from the high tuitions.

Cons

Middle of nowhere, overprivileged students, outrageous housing prices for living in town. A consortium of tiny colleges does no make a university.
