Flexibility in work hybrid schedule. Location within Claremont consortium. Campus community truly like no other, students are incredible to work with and be surrounded by due to the core values of Pitzer. Gym benefit.

Cons

Lack of transparency from leadership. Staffing turnover high, causing frustrations with the overworked and underpaid staff that remain.
