Cons

Expectations are not reachable. Poor planning, poor scheduling and very poor managing in maint dept overall. No team work in dept (mechanical) managers have no idea how to treat people and only 1 boss can do the mechanical work the other has no basic clue of the job. Argueing amungst the crew members and bosses dont try to fix problem. Lack of caring from management down to hourly guys.
