- 7 Day Work Week. 8-16 hrs - Rotating 3 Crew Shifts - On Feet Non-Stop at min 8 hours - "Don't Care About You" Management - Horrid Attendance Policy - Bad Health Insurance - Huge Turnover rate. Nearly everyone on site has less than 3-5 years - Most Trainers have less than 2 months in their current positions - Will change your shift on the fly without notice or notifying you - Write you up for anything little. Even if its literally not your fault or nothing at all - Extremely fast paced enviornment with not enough workers. Will only allow 1 person to do a position with the constant resposiblity of 3 people as a single person. - Everyone has a "not my job" mentality - Everyone is out to rat on eachother. Salary and Hourly alike - Heat is usually between 110-165 with upwards of 90% humidity
