I wish I would have transferred to a different department or went into a different department.

Cons

They gave me a generic job description with responsibilities that did not match what I was doing then under two months told me to get out even though I was on time, asking questions, taking notes, learning, etc. I didn't do anything wrong, and I think they over hired/overbudgeted. I was really disappointed because nothing is stable anymore.

Great people and very friendly management. Always willing to help develop young talent.

Somewhat understaffed which has led to management and other staff having heavy workloads.
