Pros

The job is easy when you have a good trainer. For the most part, you are on your own. Immediate coworkers are great.

Cons

Some of the direct managers and CPS workers have serious burnout. If you speak up about something they don't agree with, they will come after you and push you out even if everyone else agrees but is too afraid to speak up about it. When I was there, they refused stand and sit desk, double monitors, new chairs, wireless headsets as we took incoming calls for our entire shift. We had old chairs that were at least 20 years old and it was difficult to take a break.
