      Sometimes the company as a whole is focused on making more money then assisting clients.

      Pros

      The other workers that are in the same situation as yourself. Other than the peers, there's not a lot Pro's left.

      Cons

      Compensation and very low. 1 pay increase in the last 3 years of 1% I recommend you read the other reviews and filter through the 5 out of 5 star fake reviews.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, remote work. Unlimited PTO. The experience here launched my next opportunity and for that I am grateful.

      Cons

      This company was great. Vista bought them out back in 2019 and everything went downhill once the equity firm got their hands on the business. I will never work for another Vista company as a result and would recommend anyone else against it. Pay is absolutely terrible… and very below average for what you are required to do. With inflation, the pay is on par with the fast food industry - NOT COMPETITIVE AT ALL. Was promoted to a completely new role requiring at least 2x the amount of work than the previous position and was only offered a 5k salary increase with 7 plus years experience. Never had I felt more undervalued in my entire life. An account manager should be starting out at 70k minimum with the amount of work it requires. They only want to pay 50k-60k and that’s coming from someone who is long-tenured. Low-mid level employees are not heard or valued. You will only move up if the company has use for you to move up. Favorites are always given more opportunity. Raises annually are terrible at 2-3 percent. Promotions yield less than a 10 percent pay increase.
