Pros

PlanSource has been a great experience thus far! My particular department has been busy, but I enjoy the pace at which I work at. Additionally, there is so much growth happening at PlanSource, so professional upward mobility is highly likely. PS: Recruiters Liz and Kristen were wonderful through the process of interviewing last year!

Cons

The company is growing at a fast rate, which can leave some areas not as equipped to deal with the quick work volume increase.

Pros

work/life balance support, support, SUPPORT! fair pay opportunities for professional growth support for personal growth management that HEARS your concerns and actually takes ACTION awesome co-worker culture that promotes strong work ethic while also having fun

Cons

not really a con, more the name of the benefits game... Q4 can be crazy, you'll definitely work a few extra hours here and there, but it is all to ensure our clients feel supported, which will only help solidify the client's decision to work with PlanSource.
