Pros

There are great team members on my team. Everyone is nice and mostly easy to work with.

Cons

Pay should be better and it's almost impossible to move up.

Pros

Work form home, and straight forward the daily task.

Cons

Lack of procedure, Visible Favorites employer's that done behave correctly and unprofessional and its acceptable. Poor management and lack of procedure with racism scenarios.

Thanks so much for your feedback. It is incredibly troubling to me that you seem to suggest that you experienced some sort of intolerant behavior during your time here. This is completely unacceptable and against who we are both as a company and as individuals. If you’re willing, I’d love for you to reach out to Jodie Ortiz in HR and share your experiences. I assure you we take allegations of intolerance incredibly seriously and we will investigate your report thoroughly. There is no place for this behavior in the workplace. As for the remainder of your feedback, we are growing fast, and fast growth leads to an environment where procedure lags the amount of work to be done. We are building procedures that will allow us to scale and we’re hiring up, hiring an additional 60 people into the Customer Success organization since January 1. As for “favored employees”, we definitely reward performance here, so top performers should expect to see increases in compensation, title and responsibility. I encourage anyone who is not clear on what the expectations are and what it takes to be a top performer to contact their manager and/or me.
