Thank you for your review and feedback. I am sorry your PlanSource experience was different. We value our employees above all else and always strive to cultivate a positive, nurturing work environment. It’s no excuse, but just to put it in context: our business is cyclical and Q4 is the busiest time of the year, especially for our implementation team. That is the nature of the industry we serve. We are very proud of our implementation team as they onboard new clients and allow them to have a successful open enrollment. Work load during this time is heavy and the team goes above and beyond to make sure our clients have a best-in-class experience. During these busy times, PlanSource puts together a number of initiatives to help employees with their workload – increased hiring, simplified processes based on prior year’s experiences, in-office massages, yoga, fun team activities and other health breaks – to stay positive. It is a process that we continually try to improve, and feedback such as yours is incredibly valuable in our efforts. We will put it to good use.
