Hidden Gem in Orlando - People really don't know about it locally.

Pros

I have literally learned at least 3-5 new things a day. It's a whole new world at Plansource, specially if you do not have benefits background. The work is challenging and keeps you interested. I find myself working from home just cause sometimes, because I truly enjoy my job. It is BUSY! If that's not your thing, you won't like it.

Cons

There is a LOT of work to be done during Q4. Be ready to put in 50hrs/wk minimum during busy times. It gets a little overwhelming, specially if you're new during that time, but it's manageable since everyone is willing to help. The only things I think could improve to make Plansource perfect are: - Medical insurance (a little too expensive and not the best) - Tuition Reimbursement (retain and develop your talent :) ) - Department specific training (the onboarding training is generic and does not prepare you for your role) - Revamped inhouse training resources/knowledge database (the training materials are very 1996 - long Word docs, etc. but I think this is on the works)

Yes, it is challenging and busy - and it will, at times, push you out of your comfort zone; however, that's how growth and innovation are fostered, and we certainly appreciate all that you've put into that growth and innovation - we are only who we are because of employees like YOU. Our culture is one where our busiest season is Q4 but - to your point - everyone is always willing to help! That is why we are so successful - because of our valued and outstanding employees!! Old employees are humiliated

Cons

Old employees hikes and salaries are very less than new, 4 yrs old employees getting lesser than with a new employee of 2 yrs experience
