Our Leadership teams have the tools that they need to make sure everyone has a manageable workload, trained accordingly for their job responsibilities, and leadership teams be available for any questions, or feedback when requested. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, we said goodbye to some great people and that was an extremely difficult decision for the leadership team and not something we anticipated nor was it taken lightly. As a leadership team and company we do strive and promote work/life balance and we encourage employees who feel they are not achieving that to address that with their manager or HR.
