      There are great team members on my team. Everyone is nice and mostly easy to work with.

      Pay should be better and it's almost impossible to move up.

      My team was great - everyone worked really hard and cared about what they did.

      Extra responsibilities - no pay HR nickeled and dimed every raise for mid level employees Low pay Massive pay gaps within roles High turnover

      Work From Home is always a plus and likely the future of business. Team was kind and friendly, always willing to help out new or inexperienced employees.

      McDonalds level paychecks baby, literally left to pursue a job in retail

We agree, it can be a culture change when moving between professional environments like retail into SaaS and it is not for everyone. All great cultures strive for honesty, transparency, and great communication with their teams; so, it does give us something to think about if our responses come across as nothing-speak. We strive for open communication and have continued to host regularly scheduled company-wide town hall meetings where team members are encouraged to submit anonymous questions to be answered.
