Pros

Great place if you don’t need a ton of structure to get up to speed. Business is growing and I strongly believe in the product.

Cons

- Constant leadership turnover - very difficult to get promotions, many dead ends - bonuses have been cut in the middle of Q4 and holidays with no notice - many people have left recently creating gaps

Pros

Remote, Not outbound/inbound calling, zoom meetings, not so many busy days.

Cons

Honestly working here for the past couple months have been chaotic, you get little training and sometimes it feels like it’s not enough. Like being thrown into the pool not knowing how to swim. It’s like you go into this blindly and they expect you to get it day 3…anyways it’s a remote job so can’t complain. However, the training and management is not good, think they need to highly improve. And have enough trainers for those who need to be trained. Also when you ask for help you probably won’t even get a response back until the project is due :(. It’s not worth it. Find something else.

Pros

Free snacks and drinks. Monthly celebrations.

Cons

Training was poor and employees asked to start implementations before being ready. They can't keep staff thus everyone has work dumped on them from employees leaving. No work life balance as expected to work 80+ hours a week. Too many clients to handle, thus none of them get the true attention they need. Bonus evaluations are laughable, as they nickel and dime you for any little thing.

PlanSource Response

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and review. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience while you were at PlanSource. I would like to address a couple of your comments mentioned above that we are working on. We have been working this year to evolve our training methodology, process and readiness practices. A few things we have implemented recently are a role-based training path, new courses for employees to reference and a tenured mentor assigned to new employees to assist with questions. I believe these new practices will help improve our training process. Work-life balance is an important part of our culture at PlanSource. The professional services team are assigned projects based on availability and skillset. We have re-organized roles this year to ensure projects are staffed with tenured individuals who can offer guidance. We certainly would never ask or want an employee working 80 hours a week. Lastly, we are invested in developing our talent by creating an environment that our employees can achieve in and providing them with opportunities to attain growth from their experience at PlanSource. Thank you again for submitting a review. Lisa Van Ever, SVP, Professional Services
