Pros

I've been here since the beginning of 2017 and have thoroughly enjoyed showing up every day. My supervision and the other departments I interact with are supportive and amiable - I never feel as if I'm overstepping boundaries and I always feel that I can be open and honest. I recently applied and interviewed for an internal position and my supervisor Justin Wright as well as our new Talent Aquisition manager Destiny Quinn both supported me heavily in this new endeavor and moved mountains to help me gain this new position and advance my career here at PlanSource. I look forward to another exciting year with this company and I heavily recommend working here.

Pros

The work in HR benefits so they know what Benefits will work out for their employees. The people all work hard and they are transparent about what they are working on so you never feel like someone is slacking. The leadership appears to have good heads on their shoulders.

Cons

I live outside of SLC so commuting everyday kind of hurts, but they readily allow remote work if anything comes up I need to attend. Salary could be hirer.
