I have been working at PlanSource for about a year now (full-time) and I have to say, this year has been one of the best! I am so proud to say that I work for this amazing company. Working here at PlanSource, I am surrounded by good and honest co-workers, management that cares about my success and a comfortable and relaxed work environment. This company believes in family and work life balance which definitely contributes to it's success and it's employee engagement. PlanSource is rare, in that it really does take care of its employees from every aspect and its why I love my job and I enjoy coming to work during the week! Another great aspect is all the locations PlanSource has. Being headquartered in Orlando, FL is such a plus but PlanSource is so flexible that you really have the opportunity to work coast to coast since locations are spread out across the entire United States. Bottom line is that, PlanSource really cares about each individual employee and sets goals out so you are guaranteed to grow and succeed internally.
Cons
If you are someone who likes to work alone with no team effort, PlanSource is not for you. PlanSource has such a teamwork environment and takes everyone's opinions and thoughts into great consideration no matter what department you are working in.
