I'm very excited about the direction of our company. Our new CEO has brought a breath of fresh air. He is demonstrating strong leadership by being transparent, approachable, and genuinely committed to the success of both the company and its employees. His vision for the future is clear and inspiring, and he has already made several impactful decisions that have improved our work environment and processes. He has an open door policy when it comes questions, feedback and encourages a culture of collaboration and innovation. Mike has hit the ground running bringing in talent too fill vacant roles, encouraging existing talent to collaborate and bringing "one team, one mission" mind set. I’m excited to be part of the journey ahead.
Cons
Fairly new to the organization and we have a lot of room to grow. I would encourage management to continue on the path we have been on to drive growth and retain our talented team.
