      Pros

      I am given freedom to solve problems with out having to spend to much time reporting. I also really like the flexibility of working from home if needed.

      Cons

      I can't think of any con specific to PlanSource. Every now and then we have to work long hours but that is the same for all Software Companies.

      A modern, Innovative company with a great team moral and forward thinking management. Would recommend this employer for my friends and colleagues.

      Cons

      Would appreciate it if we could get a tuition reimbursement plan implemented to help pay for furthering my education and expanding my skills.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. The culture surrounding Plansource makes it a cool and exciting place to work, and the job itself offers a challenging and refreshing experience. Management is great, and pay is decent also.

      Cons

      Lack of initial training. Other than that, no complaints.
