      Pros

      My manager listens to me and appreciates the years of experience that I bring. I see the room for growth. Tons of opportunities to get involved at the workplace, charitable activities, committees and family activities. Great benefit plan and a generous PTO plan.

      You are constantly challenged to innovate and drive progress at PlanSource. There are an abundance of opportunities to work across multiple departments to solve problems and implement new ideas. They protect their culture and values, which is really awesome to see!

      Cons

      If you like a lot of corporate structure, then PlanSource isn't for you. You must build your own processes, and set and achieve your own goals.
