I am so sorry to read this. I see that this was nearly a year ago and I hope that you have seen the training from our Learning & Development team as well as the implementation of PlanSource University, which was just recently rolled out. If you need anything, or are seeing this, please come and see me in HR. I want to address your concerns if they are still here.
