Regarding workload, the pandemic has created new challenges for our customers and for our employees that serve them. We encourage you to raise your specific concerns about the volume of work with your manager — or reach out to a member of the Talent team directly if you prefer. As we continue to work to support our customers and meet their evolving needs, we want all our employees to have the tools and resources they need to succeed. Like many companies, we recently had to make some extremely difficult decisions. These were not taken lightly and we did everything we could to take care of the impacted employees during their transition, including providing extended severance and medical insurance benefits.
