Pros
Didn't see any major examples of discrimination personally despite having heard it does occur. So, good job at least keeping up outward appearances of the bare minimum, I guess.
Cons
Toxic management, arbitrary stagnancy, overwork, poor pay, the list goes on. The biggest problem with Planet DDS is that they starve their teams for resources and expect increasing output. The left hand is constantly unaware of what the right is doing, and it's almost always the rank and file left holding the bag for toxic and asinine management decisions. Forcing return to office when most of the current staff was hired as indefinitely remote, refusing to fill vacant positions, refusing to hire from within while simultaneously rejecting every external applicant as the teams suffer from being critically understaffed, and management feels like abusing workers and dismissing their concerns is "tough love." Talent leaves in droves and tenure is not appreciated nor valued. They talk a big game about valuing their employees, and then hang them out to dry. I'd stay as far away from this company as possible.
