      I still haven’t got my W-2 form

      Pros

      Breaks, down time, fun when management is nice or not change and free gym workout for perks working there the job is like any job you did four things into one the paid is not much could be better. You learn a lot about how to tour and rates and help customers while cleaning the gym. The training is short and simple, but long videos.

      Cons

      Corporate doesn’t care and it’s a shame this franchise is broken so customer get mad when using another gym when franchise not corporate gyms, I have not receive my W-2 form at all by the owner will report to Labor Department about this issue, management is strict and not friendly

      Free gym membership, staff are usually cool

      Cons

      The pay is terrible; Assistant Manager only makes a few cents more an hour than the part time staff, who are usually minimum wage workers. Franchising is inconsistent; my previous franchise owners (in RI) emphasized customer satisfaction and their employees, all my new franchise cares about is money and will nickle and dime everyone. Policies across individual gyms vary and different franchises make it even more varied; customers will argue about gym policy because the PF down the street is run completely differently

      Beer cart Friday, lunch once a week, company party, access to execs, annual conference, free gym membership, extra day off for your birthday

      Sub-par building, blatant favorites selected to attend exclusive parties, woman treated much differently, unable to make firm decisions, a bully executive, unrealistic work deadlines, lack of technology, professional development is not valued,
