marketing and operations is pretty good

Cons

Sales management is very cut throat. Over promise and under deliver. Be wary of the reviews because they ask new employees to leave reviews when they get hired so you got to wade through a lot of 5.0 generic reviews that say how great it is over there.

Pros

Working for PHL for almost 2 yrs remote. Corporate offers a good work life balance with respect for your personal life.

Cons

Management seemed to react and focus a lot of energy the loud, outspoken employees. Many of the quiet employees were better suited for leadership roles. Mgt seemed to only focus on the employees that told them what they wanted to hear and overlooked employees who were far better employees and representations of the company. I saw many qualified coworkers get overlooked because mgt didn’t take any time to review the whole pool of qualified employees.

They are very professional, they don’t not micromanage you must be responsible and reliable and knowledgeable

Cons

Only con I would say is that I wish they would pay a little more because the job can be really complex at times
