Pros

Leadership is very approachable and easy to work with, and understands how to pivot and be more efficient all while working as a real team. Benefits are great and technology is the best in the industry!

Cons

Market right now is tough, hang in there! I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else with these tough times though- grass is NOT greener on the other side.

Pros

I have been able to work in different departments and move up in those departments. There is no limit if you are a hard worker and self-motivated as to where you can go in the company.

Cons

There aren't many cons, especially now that we can work from home. The only con I see is that there are employees who would like to be hybrid but some department heads have chosen NOT to give their employees this option and require them to come into the office. I know I have fewer call-outs since I can work from home when ill or when my child is sick.
