I was brought in with deceptive promises that were never met and gaslit in order to stay on board until eventually resigning when conditions became untenable.

Pros

My managers are very nice and professional. There is room for growth for people who genuinely work to learn new things. Compensation is hourly so every time you work you get paid. Forgiving of most mistakes so long as managers can fix them.

Cons

Cigna is the crappiest insurance. Despite being hourly and working there for two years, the pay is not in line with industry rate. You could work for a more established company and make more $$ and do less work. As a result there is a lot of turnover for greener pastures.
