Pros
Co-workers are great. Benefits and salary are good. Just moved to a much nicer office with amemities.
Cons
The management is very poor. They never point out any good work only contact you for mistakes. It's like no news is good news. If you have questions of escalated issues response time is very slow and often have to call the customer back which makes them angrier. Training is too little too be effective. Not prepared to when beginning to take calls. Don't take the job!
