3 types of health insurance to choose from. 401K with employer contributions

Cons

grading your phone calls, lots of team meetings, and tons of training/refresher classes that were mandatory to attend put on by different MI companies, or within the dept. would not have been bad except the MI courses were the same every month so there was no new info to learn, and a min. of any hr. lost in your day
