Good place to grab some experience

Cons

They would make us come in on Saturday for month end processing even if there was nothing to be done. Also they were not fair with remote work privileges and there as some mis-management of the team

Pros

The pros are the benefits. If they keep you. Salary was good.

Cons

They have no reputation in California, and were sued by doing something in California that doesn't fly here. Banc of California sued them for basically collecting money on mortgages that they did not own servicing rights to. And now they have no reputation or presence in California. Never take a remote job if they don't have a solid office nearby your home in the financial services industry.
