Remote, good pay, stipend for Internet is paid each month, good equipment

Cons

Inconsistent policies, lack of engagement with management, Laid off without notice and only 2 wks severance. Management kept people they knew or got hired on and basically got rid of everyone else. No communication for the employees when clearly things were going downhill. Disappointed in managements way of handling the layoffs and not offering to transition to a different dept.

A Decent Company with Outdated Management and Politics

- A decent workplace with some really great people to work with. - A well-performing company that will provide job stability

Cons

- Managers are not trained well and do not know how to handle employee issues/concerns. - Management is stuck doing business the old ways and is unwilling to adapt. - The company is unreal stingy with pay and pay does not match employee performance. Asking for a raise and giving solid reasons will do you no good. - The company prohibits work-from-home for most employees except upper management, for no good reason. The infrastructure is there. - Company reacts slowly and poorly to current events like COVID-19. It was pushing employees to come to the office until the very last moment.
