Pros

I appreciate the supportive and positive environment of the team I work with. Everyone is eager to pitch in and support the needs of the company in the midst of growing pains. Leadership is willing to listen, to hear your concerns, and strive to give you what you need to succeed.

Cons

Rapid change due to growth/hiring has caused some strain on how effectively we're able to function as a team, but it is part of the process.

Pros

Love being able to work remote, The IT team was great in getting me set up and running, that whole process went very smooth. I felt like I was prepared to work on my own after having one on one training for the type of claims I am working on. I ask a lot of questions but someone is always available to help, manager, team member or other dept. Everyone is quick to respond which is great.

Cons

So far I do not have any complaints I am very happy here.
