Pros

Everyone has a good attitude when they first get there.

Cons

Poor Pay. Terrible decision making on behalf of Executives. Plenty of contradiction when comes to policy. 210 percent favoritism throughout the offices. Inexperienced decision makers.

Pros

The comp is awesome at Planet. I work for the new Direct Retail department and they let me set my own comp! I have never worked for a place where they let me set my own pay plan. They are very flexible with me when I need time off and give me plenty of good leads to keep my pipeline full with Loans. They also have loan programs that others don't. FHA scores down to 500!!

Cons

I hate the morning drive there, the traffic is horrible. The lay out of the work atmosphere is kind of cold, its very big and it very hard to know who works for the company.
