Teamwork is very prevalent throughout all departments. Everyone has a common goal which is to be a premier Retail platform.

Cons

Need to continue to increase all company communications to update on progress of plans. No other cons apparent at this time.

I've been with Planet for 5 years and it's the only mortgage bank I've worked for that has delivered on growth promises. In my 5 years, employees have increased 1,000%, our servicing portfolio has increased 300% and we're now a full service mortgage bank focused on continued success. I've enjoyed the ride and look forward to what has yet to come.

Cons

We're babies on the origination world! Our origination platform was built in 2013, we're committed to building a state of the art platform but still experiencing some growing pains.
