Management is good, hours are good. Nothing really more to say about that.

Cons

Pay is not what they say. Commission sucks. Unrealistic expectations. If you want to make better money they tell you that you need to become an MLO. Not for me.

Knowledgeable staff willing to help you. The veterans in the industry are always willing to help those new to the mortgage industry.

Cons

Commission structure could be a little better. Product training is scarce so you will need to educate yourself on products.
