Pros
At Planet, I've had great opportunities to collaborate with brilliant engineers on difficult or tricky projects that make me feel proud of my work when it's all said and done. My experience has been that everyone in my chain of management up to the CEO have helped my career and professional growth. I feel rewarded and recognized for my achievements and I feel as though I matter.
Cons
Not a whole lot, actually. There've been employees or managers that I didn't quite get along with perfectly, but it's never gotten in the way of me enjoying my work or the company in general.
