Pros

i didn't see any pros. At the end of day one, i wanted to quit. The HR person is an old witch. No compassion, not kindness. I am glad i never quite my previous job

Cons

I did not like anything. People are dry and not heart-based. Technology sucks. No one cares about each other but they promote amazing culture

Clear communication over responsibilities. Opportunities to grow and experiment in an expanding business. Consistent and useful feedback from management, including review and bonus structure. Flexible work environment allowing for work/live balance. Welcoming environment (both in office and virtually).

Cons

Learning the technological language is a challenge coming in from outside the sector.
