Pros

- Working remotely - Some of the people are great

Cons

- Management is toxic and controlling - Micromanagement is the word of the day - It's the good ol' boys club - No bonuses or raises. If you don't negotiate this, you will never get a raise or bonus - Benefits are meh - Values are touted that are not followed - There are never enough people to work on a project, then it's your fault if something is wrong - Leadership's fingers are sore from pointing blame at workers - Too much work thrown at you to do a decent job -

This has been a tough year for me and my family and it great to know how supportive the management and owner of the company has been. Great benefits, great team of people to work with and a great mission to support their employees and their customers
