      Pros

      Great company, compensation is on point. Pay rate is excellent, benefits are excellent. Family atmosphere. Takes care of their emplouees all around.

      Cons

      nothing really to put about a con about. Good all around company.

      Thank you for the positive feedback. Focus is on the family and taking care of not only the individual employee but extended family as well. We are constantly assessing our compensation and benefits with the industry while trying to lead instead of following in this area. Your input here is appreciated here. Thanks! As it relates to tapping back into employees more frequently at customer sites, I am not sure exactly what you mean by this but we do have an anonymous "suggestion box" we have used in the past if you can detail this our further.       A pretty good place - great projects, great Microsoft relationship

      Pros

      Outweigh the cons. Strong Microsoft relationship, cool projects, good people. Mature internal IT and HR. Very strong consultants. Great leaders.

      Cons

      My manager avoids conflict and addressing problems. You may not get a review - ever. You have to be willing to deal with a LOT of chaos. Fairly high turnover in my group, not overall. Immature project management..

I am very concerned that you may have not received a review and it is our standard practice to provide continuous feedback and a formal annual review. I realize that you may be uncomfortable discussing your experience with me directly since this information has been shared on this forum. I will work with HR today and determine who may have not received their review in a timely manner and hopefully rectify this issue quickly. Appreciate your patience. We work in a fast paced environment with both exciting and challenging/cool customer projects. This is what makes it fun and we are fortunate to have a team that works hard to support one another and as a result our team and clients benefit from our passion.
