This is a team atmosphere with truly satisfying work both in terms of the technology as well as the impact to customers. Compensation and benefits are fair and even more so when you calculate the work environment.

Cons

The pace can overwhelm some people. It can also be a plus, but it is not for the faint of heart. You have to be self directed. Again, this can be a plus but you need to be able to drive you objectives on your own.

Thank you for the feedback. It is a challenging environment at times and we are doing some great things for our clients and team. What I enjoy most is seeing the collaboration of our teams across the country and how generous people are with their time and knowledge overall. We work hard to have people available that you can lean on in a pinch. As we have grown there are certain areas of our business that have needed to mature. One thing we implemented earlier this year was a new automated review system. Our employee handbook states that an employee should expect a formal review on or about every 12 months after hire. In addition, we work hard to provide constructive feedback along the way. Stay tuned on further information regarding our New Review procedures. You will see updates on Monday next week.

Extremely smart group of individuals that work together to solve problems. I love the internal collaboration among engineers and there is always someone there to assist if you need it. Best Microsoft partner I have ever been involved with. Cool work opportunities and challenges.

A manipulative executive team that knows how to churn and burn talent as long as they are billable.

Pros

Decent intro to Microsoft and reputation with their public sector team but really just another contracting company that eats talent until it cannot sell it any more then throws it aside.

Cons

The worst part is that the insincerity and manipulation comes from the very top. A smile and a dagger to the back are both guaranteed. No real budget or time for training unless you are willing to sacrifice 3/4 of your life for no additional pay to train on your own time and dime. Never consider yourself safe or valued - you are cattle. Some of the most talented people I know were thrown from this train and are at the best companies in the world wondering why and how they were conned into earning money for this backwater paranoia factory.
